The orientation weeks before the 2026/27 winter semester will take place from September 28 to October 8, i.e., in the two weeks before the official start of lectures.
In addition, there will be campus and library tours, study tips, and supporting events (e.g., campfires, etc.) organized by the FIM student council and the IEEE university group.
An overview of the orientation week with explanations of the FSinfo events and the orientation week schedule in calendar form will be available on the FSinfo website in good time before the start of the orientation week.
Since the math bridge course and computer introduction program blocks do not build on each other, it is possible to participate in only one of the two blocks if necessary. However, it makes sense to participate in the entire O-Week program, as a part of the accompanying information events is only offered once during the entire preliminary course

Please download script, exercise sheets und time tabel for week 2 to your laptop / smartphone / table from the files-section in StudIP lecture 5000. All material will be available in the week ot the start of the FIM O-Weeks. Do not forget to bring your device (with the course materials) to the lectures in week 2.
