After an introduction to central concepts of negotiations and helpful tools for them, you will train your negotiation skills in role plays and guided exercises. Even though the role plays will mainly address negotiation situations from the everyday life of founders, such as negotiations with potential co-founders, employees, business partners and investors, we will also address topics such as salary negotiations.
The course is taught by Martin Giese (Business Angel and Senior Coach at Xpreneurs) and Laura Bregenzer (Lst. Prof. Dr. Häussler). The course will take place on campus and is in English. However, you are welcome to switch to German for the role plays.
