How can we model extremely large networks and prove meaningful mathematical theorems about their properties?

Our team around Professor Stefan Glock conducts fundamental research at the forefront of modern discrete mathematics. In our courses we teach students the basic concepts of network theory and showcase how quickly one gets from simple facts to really hard unsolved research problems. Find out more about our latest activities.

We gratefully acknowledge the support through the Hightech Agenda Bayern, the Emmy Noether Programme of the German Research Foundation and the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation.
