Our research focuses on the design and analysis of security infrastructures. We cover the entire spectrum, from the development of security anchors for embedded systems to the design of security concepts for critical infrastructures.
In addition to our regular courses we often offer seminars on current research topics and practical courses. Interested students are welcome to work on a research-oriented Bachelor's or Master's thesis under our supervision. Thesis work in collaboration with an international partner or company is also possible.
- Our group is looking for motivated students to fill in a number of open Ph.D. positions, with a focus on security issues related to autonomous vehicles, hardware, in general, and side channel attacks. Each Ph.D. position can be matched with a work position as a research assistant in our university. Please refer to the dedicated webpage regarding our group's job offers.
- Our group is looking for motivated master's and bachelor's thesis students to work on topics related to vehicular security and key-generating hardware. Please refer to the dedicated webpage regarding our group's offers for graduation theses.
