January 12, 2017: The "ACROSSING Winter School - Sensing and Monitoring for Assisted Living" will take place at the University of Passau from February 13 to February 17, 2017. The event is organised by Professor Dr. Amft (Chair of Sensor Technology).
December 14, 2016: Our paper introduces a digital development process to personalise 3D-printed smart eyeglasses. The so personalised smart eyeglasses fit essential anatomical landmarks at the head as needed for physiology monitoring. The paper will be published in IEEE Computer, in the upcoming Special Issue on Human Augmentation.
November 14, 2016: Our paper "Data mining-based localisation of spatial low-resolution sensors in commercial buildings" will be presented at the 3rd ACM International Conference on Systems for Energy-Efficient Built Environments (BuildSys 2016) in Stanford, California during Nov 15-17, and published by ACM. In this paper we show how the relative location of spatial low-resolution can be derived from mining user tracks in the sensor data.
