February 12, 2017: Some of the research efforts done in the EU-funded SimpleSkin project have been featured on Euronews TV. The report presents applications of the developed textile technology in smart cloths and smart eyeglasses.

January 12, 2017: The "ACROSSING Winter School - Sensing and Monitoring for Assisted Living" will take place at the University of Passau from February 13 to February 17, 2017. The event is organised by Professor Dr. Amft (Chair of Sensor Technology).

December 14, 2016: Our paper introduces a digital development process to personalise 3D-printed smart eyeglasses. The so personalised smart eyeglasses fit essential anatomical landmarks at the head as needed for physiology monitoring. The paper will be published in IEEE Computer, in the upcoming Special Issue on Human Augmentation.
